*DRIVING BY PROPERTY*

DO  write down as much info as possible(i.e., sign info, address, etc.).

DO  call me with the information so that I can get additional details for you.

DON'T  call the other agent.

DON'T  call or approach the owner of the property.

*ADS (MAGAZINES OR NEWSPAPERS)*

DO  write down as much information as possible or save the ad.

DO  call me with the information so that I can get additional details for you.

DON'T  call the listing agent directly.

DON'T  call the owner directly even if phone number is listed.

DON'T  approach the owner under any circumstances if you drive by the property.

*OPEN HOUSES*

DO  upon entering the home, disclose immediately that you are working with an agent (Buyer's Broker).

Do  immediately give my card (or my name, telephone # and company name) to the agent or owner holding the open house.  If they require you to be accompanied by your agent, DO NOT view the home.  Call me ASAP so that I can set an appointment to view the home with you.

DON'T  disclose ANY information regarding your buying situation.

DON'T  discuss your likes and dislikes with the owner or agent.  (Disclosing information can affect our negotiatin leverage.)

*NEW HOME / CONSTRUCTION*

DO  upon entering the sales office, disclose immediately that you are working with an agent (Buyer's Broker).

DO  immediately give my card (or name, telephone # and company) to the sales representative.  If they require you to be accompanied by your agent, DO NOT view the properties.  Call me ASAP so that I can set an appointment so that we can view the properties together.

DON'T  enter into a sales office if there is a sign out front that REQUIRES you to have your agent present.  Again, call me so that I can set an appointment to show you the properties.
