Westgate contains 40 two bedroom, two bath suites with 960 sq feet each. We also have 16 one bedroom, one bath apartments with 480 feet each. This complex is all single story construction. Two bedroom units are located 4 per building and all have privacy fenced patios. There is one laundry building located in the center of the complex.
Low maintenance desert landscaping surrounds our property.We also have a 2 acre park with pecan trees, grass, BBQ grills and picnic tables which is maintained for the tenants.
These all electric apartments have energy efficient central heating/cooling heat pumps. Each unit is furnished with a range and refrigerator. Double pane insulated windows and steel doors also contribute to a lower total utility cost.
Water, sewer, garbage collection, and security lighting is provided by the owner. Exterior finish is stucco with wood trim. Telephone cable and TV jacks are located in every room (except the bathroom of course.)
