The blades are of ply laminate construction with an internal steel spar and use an external steel plate formed around the leading edge as a tip weight.
The foil shape follows the 8-H-12 section when finished, the nose section of the blades are still awaiting final shaping. To get an accurate and consistent section along the full length of the blade I am constructing a profile copy router to finish the job, until this is completed no further progress can be made with the blades.
