"Genealogy made me what I am today."

     Ah...probably the hardest part of this site to create.  My name is Alexis Erin Wevodau and I am the author of the site.  I am a twenty year old college student, attending Shippensburg University, majoring in Social Work.  I have a passion for helping people and want to dedicate my life to it.

     I began my genealogical research in 1999, after my grandmother passed away.  She was my inspiration to begin researching family history, as she had begun researching it herself.  I began putting pieces of the puzzle together and realizing that the extensive amount of information that I was gathering needed to be available for the rest of the family to access.
