A month or so later, Kate's at Wembley Arena in London, on the tour as medical supervisor. "Right, Shane, could I have a word with you?" She asked. "Yeah, sure, I'll be back in a minute lads, ok?" "Yeah, fine, whatever." Says Bryan. They leave the stage where the lads are doing a sound check and go into one of the dressing rooms backstage.

"What is it?" "Well, I've just had a look at your files and it says that you suffer from Asthma." "Yeah, that's right why?" "I was just wondering how you were feeling, that's all. Like, does your chest feel tight at all?" "Oh, I feel fine. How do you feel?" "What do you mean?" she asked defensively. "You look a bit pale that's all." "I do?" "Yeah. Are you sure you're ok?"

"No, not really." She said, beginning to cry. "It's, well, I've just had a call from a friend of the family to say that my Grandmother has died." "Oh Kate I'm so sorry." He says, sighing. "Come here." And Shane opens his arms to comfort her. "How old was she?" Shane asks inquisitively. "Eighty nine." She answered. And Shane continued to comfort her.

After the crying had subsided, Shane asked, "Kate," "Yes," she replied, "Just out of curiosity, do you believe in love at first sight?" "Yes, Yes, I do. Why?" "Because, well, when I first saw you, you looked gorgeous, just like an angel and well, you know the rest." "Yes, yes I do. Really?" "Yes, really." Then Shane leant forward and they kissed. Warm, intense, soft and deep.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Mark comes in and says, "Shane, we need you for the final sound check." "Ok, I'll be right there." Then Mark leaves the room, and Shane says to Kate, "Meet me outside the stage entrance after the show. I've got something to tell you." "Yes, I will. I promise." And with that, Shane leaves the room

"Hi. You're here" Said Shane. "Yes, of course I'm here. What did you want to tell me?" Kate asks. "That I'm not letting you go now that I've found you." And they go for a walk around Wembley. Before going back to the hotel to join the rest of the lads for a drink.
