Hi, my name is Buddy and I would like to welcome you to my very own homepage. I am a West Highland White Terrier, or Westie for short, and I turned three years old on July 2nd (a true Yankee Doodle Westie!) I live in Missouri with my human mom and dad, two human brothers, a human sister, Hailey (a female Westie and my best friend,) and Tiger the cat. My family is very lucky to have me because I am a GREAT watchdog. Don't I look ferocious? Well, I try really hard, but I guess I will have to try a little harder next time Mom takes a picture of me :o) I hope that you enjoy your visit to my pages and that you will come back soon. This is Hailey. She was one year old in February, and I am embarrased to say that she is bigger than me!! Well, maybe AS big as me, but I still weigh more than she does. She is not such a big pest anymore, either. She came to live with us when she was just seven weeks old. She was really small and full of energy. Her ears looked really funny when I first met her, too; they wouldn't stand up straight. I thought Mom was kidding me when she said that Hailey was the same kind of dog as I am. Now she looks a lot more like me, though. In fact, now I think she is beautiful!

At first I didn't think I was going to like Hailey very much, but after about a week I realized that she really looked up to me (literally.) Now we do lots of things together. She follows me everywhere I go and sometimes she is a copy cat; er, copy dog. If I bark, she thinks she has to bark, too. Whenever Mom throws a toy, she thinks she has to chase it, too. The worst part is that she usually ends up getting the toy first, because she can run faster than me :( If she catches a rabbit before I do, I am going to be mad!!!
