ROGER....you smoke like a GOD! How about including some more details on your own smoking habits: how much, what brand, and how much you enjoy it? As for me, I started late (age 31, amd 34 now) and am already up to 2 packs a day during the work week and 3 + a day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I'm training my lungs to take more and more smoke, holding that think smoke in my lungs longer and smokining each Red down to the nub. I have even been setting my alarm to go off at 1:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. so that can train myself to crave more regular lung feedings. Can't tell you how much I am enjoying that!
