Welcome Ya'll, my name is Wendell Miller. I've been playing the fiddle most of my life. I took lessons in grade school--the rest is all self-taught.
My favorite songs to play are old Bob Wills tunes. I usually open my show with Faded Love, and close the show with OBS--Orange Blossom Special. I also play old country classics, (fast & slow) Waltz music, Cajun and even some old Bluegrass fiddle tunes.
My band, Miller Country and I are playing all around the valley and at private parties. In the past I have opened for Ricky Skaggs, Asleep At The Wheel, Don Williams and Ray Price at the Fox Theatre in Hanford, Ca..
Another high-light of my life was opening for my brother Roger and playing TWIN FIDDLES with him when he appeared locally. |
