Firstly,we would like to thank our lecture , En Zaki because make a tremandous and a great job in guiding us to complete this task. This project is all about Apple and itunes.As we all know Apple is a great power or should i say source of this indusrry.But have being sued by a company because of the itunes interface.That company claims that apple had copied their idea for that software..It appears that Apple is on the receiving end of another lawsuit, this time over the design of its iTunes software interface. According to AppleInsider, Contois Music Technology last week asked a Federal Court to stop Apple from distributing its iTunes software, alleging that it violates the Contois six-year old design patent for a "Computer Control System and User Interface for Media Playing Devices." An image comparing the two applications shows several similarities between the two pieces of software. Contois is reportedly seeking a preliminary and permanent injunction enjoining Apple from further distributing iTunes, reimbursement for legal fees and a yet to be determined amount of monetary damages resulting from Apple's "copying and willful infringement" of its design patent
