The winter monsoon still affected this district early this week and by mid-week, resulting with cold to very cool weather in the morning when air temperature of 14 degrees Celsius or below was recorded. On Sunday, it was fine and dry during the day. For the next few days, it gradually became cloudy. The winter monsoon moderated around the end of this week. Air temperature rose, but due to light winds, mist formed hence visibility was rather low. Cloudy weather persisted till weekend. During the day on Saturday, there were sunny periods.
