Before the arrival of a cold front, it was fine in Tsing Yi (North) in the morning on National Day.

From Sunday to Wednesday, as affected by a continental airstream, it was dry and fine with haze in this district. A relatively moist easterly airstream affected the district on Thursday. ALthough cloud amount increased, there were still sunny periods. A cold front arrived the district on Friday (National Day) evening. It was generally fine and hazy at first. Under the effect of an intense northeast monsoon associated with the cold front, winds strengthened and there were one or two light showers at night. Throughout the day on Saturday, it was rather windy. Winds up to fresh to strong force were blown from the north. Air temperature also dropped to around 23 degrees Celsius. There were sunny periods during the day, however, it was very dry with relative humidty maintaining between 30 and 40 per cent.

星期日至三，受到一股大陸氣流影響，
本區天晴乾燥及有煙霞。一股較潮濕的
偏東氣流於星期四影響本區，本區雖然
雲量增多，但部分時間亦有陽光。一道
冷鋒在星期五國慶日傍晚到達本區；本
區初時大致天晴及有煙霞，晚間受到其
隨後的強烈東北季候風影響，風勢增強
及有一兩陣小驟雨。週末整天，都吹著
達清勁至強風程度北風，朝早氣溫下降
至23攝氏度，日間部分時間有陽光且天
氣非常乾燥，相對濕度普遍維持在百分
之30至40之間。
