From Sunday to Tuesday, as affected by a ridge of high pressure,
it was mainly fine with plenty of sunshine and hot to very hot
in the afternoon in this district. A broad trough of low pressure
over the northern part of the South China Sea began to affect the
district on Wednesday. On Wednesday, it became cloudy. On Thursday,
it was rainy in the morning and afternoon, and rain was heavy at times
and there were also some thunderstorms. On Friday morning, it was
even overcast with occasional heavy rain and thunderstorms. This
weather condition persisted until late afternoon on the same day and
weather gradually improved. Over the weekend, a ridge of high pressure
brought fine and hot to very hot weather to the district.
受一道高壓脊影響，本區於星期日至二
大致天晴及陽光充沛，下午天氣炎熱至
酷熱。南海北部的一道廣闊低壓槽於星
期三開始影響本區；星期三，轉為多雲
；星期四早上及下午有雨，雨勢有時頗
大，及有幾陣雷暴；星期五早上更轉為
密雲，間中有大雨及雷暴；星期五下午
較後時間天色才逐漸好轉。週末期間，
一道高壓脊為本區帶來晴朗及炎熱至酷
熱的天氣。
