P.E. Report

Many people dwindle on the fact that exercise is for a higher breed. Not so. Everyone is capable of maintaining his or her flesh encasement without a great deal of effort. Within the days that pass, multiple forms of exercise are undergone, unconsciously. Stair climbing, errands, even trips to ones car account for those forms.

In the persuasively written article, “Physical activity and its health benefits,” the author attempts to convince the readers that they are fully capable of reaching the needed amount of daily muscle usage. They give compelling examples and even quote Edward Laskowski, the co-director of Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine at Mayo Clinic within the confines of Rochester, Minnesota.

The author also makes use of the findings in a report done in 1999, titled “Journal of the American Medical Association.” Within those findings, the knowledge that continuous exercise for three to five days a week is evenly matched with a casual stroll or brisk walk seven days a week. The article also contains simple tips on keeping in shape.

In recollection, maintaining ones body in a state of health is no great feat. It can be accomplished quickly, easily and effortlessly. Anyone may achieve it. For it is not secluded to a higher breed.
