The Guyon-Robin Girls
There were two Guyon girls who arrived in the Quebec Colony as L'Immigrants' Filles: Barbe-Marie and Marie-Magdeleine; though Barbe did not join her family for some years and was herself already married  when she landed in Kebec; making her also fit the category of Les Meres D'Immigre.  Both girls were born in St-Jean de Mortagne, Tourouvre, Perche, France; the daughters of Master Mason Jean-Francois Guyon and Mathurine Brule-Robin.  Like their mother, they would join the ranks of the Founding Mothers of New France.
Barbe-Marie Robin Guyon
(1617-1700)
Barbe-Marie Robin-Guyon was born on April 18, 1617 in St. Jean and died on November 27, 1700 in St. Pierre on Ile De Orleans, Quebec.  She married Pierre Paradis on February 11, 1632 in France.  Pierre was born on July 20, 1605 in St. Aubin-de-Tourouve, Mortagne, Perche, France; the son of Jacques Paradis and Michelle Pesselet, and the couple emigrated to New France in 1652.  They would have a total of eleven children, including four born on Canadian soil.  Pierre died on January 29, 1675.  Their children:

Charlotte Guyon Paradis - Was born on April 04, 1634 and died the following year in the Parish of Notre-dame Vair, Mortagne, Perche, France.

Marguerite Guyon Paradis - Was born on February 05, 1636 and died before 1640 in Notre-dame Vair, Mortagne, Perche, France.

Marie-Anne Guyon Paradis - Was born on January 12, 1640 in Mortagne and died on December 16, 1708 in Ste-Famille, Ile De Orleans.  She married Guillaume Bauche (Baucher, Boucher) from St-Martin, Montmorency, Val-d'Oise, Paris, France; son of Antoine Bauche and Marguerite Gilbaut, on October 16, 1656 in Ville De Quebec; and the couple had thirteen children: Martin, Marie, Jacques, Louise, Guillaume, Claire, Anne-Marie, Anne, Charles, Joseph-Guillaume, Joseph, Marguerite and Gervais.

Jacques Guyon Paradis - Was born on March 24, 1641 in Mortagne and died on March 10, 1679 in St. Pierre, Ile De Orleans.  He married Jeanne-Francoise Milloir; daughter of Jean Milloir and Jeanne Roy; on July 11, 1679 in Ste-Famille; and the couple had nine children: Jacques, Marie, Barbe, Marie-Jeanne, Joseph, Elisabeth, Claire, Anne and Madeleine.

Charles Guyon Paradis - Was born on August 12, 1643 and died on August 24, 1643, in St. Croix de Mortagne, Mortagne, Perche, France.

Guillaume Guyon Paradis - Was born on September 26, 1644 in St. Croix de Mortagne, Mortagne, Perche, France; and died on February 13, 1716 in St. Pierre, Ile De Orleans.  He married Genevieve Milloir; daughter of Jean Milloir and Jeanne Roy; on October 29, 1670 in Ville De Quebec, and the couple had twelve children: Marie-Genevieve, Robert, Gabriel, Guillaume, Genevieve, Marie-Anne, Jean-Baptiste, Elisabeth, Pierre, Ignace, Jacques and Genevieve-Marie.

Pierre Guyon Paradis - Was born on October 02, 1647 in Ville De Quebec and died on December 03, 1700 in St. Pierre.  He married Jeanne-Anne Milloir; another daughter of Jean Milloir and Jeanne Roy; on August 23, 1674 in Beauport, and the couple had at least six children: Joseph, Jeanne, Marie-Claire, Anne, Madeleine and Genevieve.

Madeleine Guyon Paradis - Was born on July 03, 1653 in Beauport and died on November 29, 1669 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Quebec.  She married Nicolas Roussin from St. Aubin; son of Jean-Isaac Roussin and Madeleine Giguere, on November 28, 1667 in Beauport, and the couple had a daughter Marie-Madeleine; born four days before her mother's death.

Marie-Madeleine Guyon Paradis - Was born on January 12, 1655 in Ville De Quebec and died on September 09, 1684 in St. Pierre.  She married Robert Charest; son of Mathieu Charest and Sebastienne Veillon, on April 22, 1674; and the couple had seven children: Joseph, Marie, Mathieu, Robert, Ignace, Marie-Suzanne and Jean-Baptiste.

Jean Guyon Paradis - Was born on July 22, 1658 in Ville De Quebec and died on July 26, 1717, at Bourg-Royale, Charlesbourg.  He became a Captain in the French Navy and married twice.  Jean also had an illegitimate child as the result of an affair.  1.  Marie-Claudette Pioche Damise from St-Nicolas-du-Chardonet, Paris, Ile de France, France; daughter of Etienne Damise and Genevieve Pioche.  When Marie-Claudette gave birth to Jean's son, Andre-Jean, she was already married to Pierre Lalime.           2. Jeanne Paquet from St Jean Baptiste, Poitiers, Poitou, Vienne, France; daughter of Maurice Paquet and Francoise Forget, on February 05, 1679 in Bourg-Royale - four children: Anne-Jeanne, Pierre, Jeanne and Anne.  3. Catherine Batailler from St Jean de Perrot, La Rochelle, Aunis, France; daughter of Pierre Batailler and Angelique Roy; on June 08, 1693, in La Rochelle - seven children:  Jean, Jeanne-Catherine, Francois-Joseph, Jean-Baptiste, Jean-Francois, Pierre and Catherine.

Marie-Louise Guyon Paradis - Was born on August 05, 1661 in Ville De Quebec and died on October 30, 1714 in Beauport.  She married three times: 1. Thomas Mezeray - four children: Marie-Catherine, Jean-Baptiste, Jacques and Jeanne.  2. Hilaire Sureau Blondin - eight children: Marie-Madeleine, Joseph, Charles, Genevieve, Infant (died at birth), Marguerite, Pierre and Marie-Angelique.  3. Jean-Baptiste Jarry - no children.
Marie-Magdeliene Robin Guyon

Marie-Magdeliene Robin Guyon was born on March 18, 1624 in St. Jean Parish, Mortagne and died on August 29, 1696 at Cap-St-Ignace.  She arrived in the small French colony as a young girl, and married Francois Belanger on July 12, 1637 in Ville De Quebec.  Francois was born on October 02, 1612, in Touque, Lisieux, Normandy, France; the son of Francois Belanger Sr. and Francoise Horlay.  He and Magdeliene would have thirteen children.  Francois died on October 25, 1685 in L'Islet, Ville De Quebec. Nicolas Guyon Belanger - Was born about 1638 and died on October 20, 1682 in Beauport.  He married Marie De Rainville from St. Thomas De Touques, Calvados, France; on January 11, 1660, and the couple had twelve children: Jean, Marthe, Pierre-Bertrand, Paul-Jean, Suzanne, Martin, Marie, Pierre-Etienne, Nicolas, Paul, Marie-Josephe and Francoise.

Charles Guyon Belanger
- Was born on August 19, 1640 in Ville De Quebec and died on December 15, 1692 in Chateau-Richer.  He married Barbe-Delphine Cloutier; daughter of Zacherie Cloutier and Madeleine-Barbe Emard, on November 25, 1663; and the couple had nine children: Francois, Charles, Marie, Barbe, Madeleine, Guillaume, Alexis, Marguerite and Anne.

Marie-Madeleine Guyon Belanger
- Was born on February 15, 1643 in Ville De Quebec and died on January 11, 1670 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency.  She married Bertrand Chesnay from Yffiniac, St-Brieuc, Bretagne, France; son of Nicolas Chesnay and Catherine Laringue, on August 07, 1656 in Ville De Quebec, and the couple had seven children: Marie-Madeleine, Anne, Jean-Jacques, Anne-Marie, Joseph, Marguerite and an infant who died at birth.

Marguerite Guyon Belanger - Was born on November 23, 1645 and died on January 22, 1703 in Ville De Quebec.  She married twice: 1. Antoine Berson from St. Jacques de Paris, Ile de France, France; son of Eustache Bertrand and Madeleine Pescheux, on November 19, 1663 - no children.  2. Louis Vasseur, also from St. Jacques; son of Andre Vasseur and Louise Defaie, on December 13, 1666 - eleven children: Marguerite, Francois, Louis, Louise, Genevieve, Anne-Therese, Charles, Marie-Catherine, Infant (died at birth), Francoise and Jacques.

Jean-Francois Guyon Belanger - Was born on February 15, 1648 in Ville De Quebec and died on February 05, 1682 at Cap-St-Ignace.  He married Marie Cloutier, daughter of Jean Cloutier and Marie Martin, on November 17, 1671 and the couple had five children: Marie-Madeleine, Jean-Francois, Charles, Ignace and Agathe.

Marie-Charlotte Guyon Belanger - Was born on June 25, 1650 in Ville De Quebec and died on October 11, 1707 in St. Pierre, Ile De Orleans.  She married carpenter, Jean-Francois Langlois; son of Noel Langlois and Marie-Francoise Garnier, on October 19, 1665; and the couple had eleven children: Madeleine, Jean-Francois, Charles, Marie, Genevieve, Marie-Madeleine, Elisabeth, Pierre, Joseph, Clement and Paul.

Catherine Guyon Belanger - Was born on June 11, 1652 in Ville De Quebec and died on January 08, 1698 in Portneuf.  She married three times: 1. Jean-Nicolas Maheu; son of Jacques Maheu and Anne Convent; on September 18, 1673 - no children.  2. Antoine Cyr from St Armande de Boixe, Angouleme, Angoumois, Charente, France; son of Francois Cyr and Antoinette Ruby, on February 10, 1674 - seven children: Michel, Antoine, Francois, Marie-Madeleine, Marie-Angelique, Marie-Francoise and Jean-Baptiste.  3. Francois Gregoire from St Anne Languedoc, France; son of Theophile Gregoire and Madeleine Clemence, on April 26, 1688 - three children: Jean-Francois, Therese and Marie-Anne.

Louis Guyon Belanger - Was born on January 09, 1655 in Ville De Quebec and died on October 01, 1724 in Bonsecours, L'Islet sur Mer, Quebec.  He married Marguerite Francois; daughter of Charles Francois and Marie-Madeleine Triot, on November 03, 1682; and the couple had thirteen children: 2 infants who died at birth, Francois, Louis, Elisabeth, Marie-Madeleine, Marguerite, Barbe, Pierre-Paul, Baptiste, Francoise, Marie-Marthe and Jean-Baptiste.

Louise Guyon Belanger - Was born on September 14, 1657 in Ville De Quebec and died on July 05, 1726 in Chateau-Richer.  She married Jean Cloutier, son of Jean Cloutier Sr. and Marie Martin, on November 14, 1679, and the couple had twelve children: Martin, Joseph, Genevieve, Elisabeth, Marie-Louise, Francois, Henri, Anne, Angelique, Jeanne, Agnes and Marguerite.

Genevieve Guyon Belanger - Was born about 1659 in Ville De Quebec and died on July 07, 1686 in Chateau-Richer.  She married Guillaume Ferte from St. Bartelemy, Paris, Seine, France; son of Guillaume Ferte Sr. and Catherine Frenaude, on November 23, 1682; and the couple had three children: Francois, Guillaume and Marie-Catherine.

- Was born on April 04, 1661 and died the same day in Chateau-Richer.

Jacques Guyon Belanger - Was born on July 24, 1662 in Chateau-Richer and died on August 17, 1699 in L'Islet.  He married Marie-Elisabeth Thibault; daughter of Francois-Louis Thibault and Elisabeth-Agnes Lefebvre, on November 22, 1691; and the couple had four children: Francois, Pierre, Marie-Anne and Jacques.

Anne Guyon Belanger - Was born on July 26, 1664 and died on August 24, 1665 in Chateau-Richer.
