Genevieve Macre
(1636-1700)
Genevieve Macre (Maqueray)  was born about 1636 in the Parish of La Nativite de Notre Dame de Villaines en France, Paris, France; the daughter of Jean Macre and Barbe Landry.  She arrived in the Quebec Colony as a Filles A Marier, contracted to be the bride of Michel Henault.  They were married August 08, 1662 at Ville De Quebec.

Michel was born in 1635 at Laferriere, St. Brieux, Bretagne, France; the son of Yvon Henault and Jeanne Galliot.  He and Genevieve would have six children.  Genevieve died on December 12, 1700 in St. Laurent, Ile d'Orleans and Michel followed on September 13, 1701.
The Next Generation
Marie Henault - Was born on January 23, 1664 and died unknown in Ville De Quebec.

Michel Henault - Was born on November 14, 1665 and died a few weeks later on December 5 in Chateau-Richer.

Marie-Helene Henault - Was born on August 14, 1668 in L'Ange-Gardien and died on January 01, 1694 in St. Pierre, Ile De Orleans.  She married Fabien Presseau and the couple had five children.

Genevieve Henault - Was born on November 10, 1669 and died unknown in Chateau-Richer.

Nicolas Henault - Was born on December 08, 1670 and died a few days later in Chateau-Richer.

Eleanore Henault - Was born on March 05, 1672 in Ste-Famille and died on May 21, 1746 in St. Laurent.  She married Jean Chabot and the couple had twelve children.
