Antionette Alton
(1638-1722)
Antionette Etienette Alton was born on November 13, 1638 at St. Thomas de la Flèche, Le Mans, Sarthe, France; the daughter of Francoise Alton and Antionette Barillay.  She arrived in Quebec as a Filles A Marier, contracted to Marin Hurtubise.  Marin was born in 1633 at Roeze-sur-Sarthe, Le Mans, Maine, France; the son of Andre Hurtubise and Renee Hermange.  They were married on January 7, 1660 in Montreal and had six children before Marin's death on May 12, 1672.

Antionette would then marry Barthelemy Vinet on June 13, 1672 at Montreal.  They had one son Francois, who would grow up to marry Marie-Angelique Andre. 

Barthelemy died on November 18, 1687, and Antionette would then wed Claude Garigues on October 18, 1689.  He died December 21, 1693 and Antionette on December 19, 1722. 
Her Hurtubise Family
Pierre Hurtubise - Was born on November 07, 1660 and died on May 19, 1705 in Montreal.  He married Marie-Genevieve Courault and the couple had five children.

Etienette Hurtubise - Was born on March 02, 1662 and died unknown.

Jean Hurtubise - Was born on June 05, 1665 and died unknown.

Louis Hurtubise - Was born on August 25, 1667 and died on January 24, 1703.  He married Jeanne Gateau and the couple had six children.

Marie Hurubise - Was born on February 24, 1670 and died unknown.  She married Paul Descaries and had one son.

Marin Hurtubise - Was born on February 14, 1672 and died unknown.
