Marie-Anne Hardy
(1633-1726)
Marie-Anne Hardy was born on October 10, 1633 in the Parish of La Trinite, Angers, Anjou, Maine-et-Loire, France and arrived in the Quebec Colony as a Filles A Marier, contracted to be the bride of Pierre Mallet.  They were married October 23, 1662 in Montreal.

Pierre was born on January 07, 1629 in St-Coulomb, St-Malo, Dol, Bretagne, Rennes, France; the son of Jean-Antoine Mallet and Guillemette Ruellan.  He and Marie-Anne would have seven children.  Pierre died on February 04, 1699 and Marie-Anne followed on January 01, 1726 at Lachine.
The Next Generation
Marie-Genevieve Hardy Mallet - Was born on October 02, 1663 and died on April 09, 1703 in Montreal.  She married Jean Legras and the couple had at least two children.

Anne Hardy Mallet - Was born on February 20, 1666 and died unknown in Montreal.  She married twice:
Louis Ducharme (6 children) and Louis Prejean (2 children)

Rene Hardy Mallet - Was born on February 24, 1668 and died on October 24, 1716 in Montreal.  He married Marie Lecuyer and the couple had at least three children.

Jean Hardy Mallet - Was born on April 17, 1670 and died unknown in Montreal.

Pierre-Antoine Hardy Mallet - Was born on April 17, 1670 and died unknown in Montreal.

Louis Hardy Mallet - Was born on February 08, 1673 in Montreal and died on July 17, 1717 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.  He married Marie-Jeanne Brunet and the couple had at least three children.

Pierre Hardy Mallet - Was born on February 16, 1676 and died unknown in Montreal.
