| As a way of improving communication between the Counseling Department and students/parents, we have started a listserve with Yahoo Groups. If you become a member of the listserve we will send regular reminders to your inbox regarding important information, announcements, web sites, test dates, deadlines, etc. This is an excellent way to keep current and organized with your college search and application process and any other services that involves the Counseling Department. Subscribing to the listserve is very simple. All you have to do is send a blank email to the following address- sloccounselor-subscribe@yahoogroups.com-That is all you have to do! If you have information or a question you would like to send to the group, just send it via email to sloccounselor@yahoogroups.com and it will be posted for everyone in the group to see. If you don't get a least one email a week from the group, be sure to check your junk mail, in case it was automatically filtered to that folder.
