Each WCW wrestler has been signed to long-term contracts, some for longer periods of time than others. Some of the WCW wrestlers are available for equal trades to any wrestling company, some are willing to be booked for travel dates, and some are strickly WCW franchise players and are untouchable and will not be traded and will not travel due to the terms in their contracts.
Each wrestler(s) signs contracts, which help both the wrestler and WCW as well as we copyright the wrestlers images, likenesses, and ring name. The wrestler(s) own the copyright as we help them get it reserved and they own the copyright and WCW leases the usage of the copyright during the time WCW controls their contract(s)
