I love a good concert band,
Some are the best in the land.
Brass in a marching band,
Is often very grand.
Strings are nice in an orchestra tis true,
Reeds in a jazz band can be soft and blue.
My personal favorite all in all,
Is Drum Corps percussion, it leaves me in awe.
I don't know which one I like the best,
Cavaliers, Cadets, Madison Scouts, but I do know where they meet their test.
World Championships in the place to be,
Go to the Citrus Bowl August 5-9th and you will see.
It's the best of the best and quite a show,
Watch on TV or really go, & you will be "in the know".
Drum Corps, I love to watch,
You are athletes, musicians and quite top-notch.
