The Writers' Corner ~ Cascading Waterfall

A wedding was held at these cascading falls one summer day,

The bridal party gathered at the lookout across the way.

Atop the falls the couple posed for the photographer with his telescopic lens,

The photos were to be prized memories for all their friends.

The wedding actually took place at the lookout, a most romantic scene,

I’m sure it must have been the couples’ ultimate dream.

I often remember that day in the park,

When I observed loves brilliant spark.

I hope the couple lived happily ever after,

And came back to the park for their honeymoons of rapture.
