AND CONDITIONS
- All
of the products that we sell are guaranteed.
- If
you have problems with your order because of an error on our part
(of any kind), then we assume responsibility and credit you in
full against your next order.
- Production
time for all products ranges from 4-8 weeks, depending on the
products.
- Cargo
leaves here two ways: either by air cargo or by sea cargo. Sea
cargo is by cubic meter (LCL) or by 20 foot or 40 foot containers.
Sea cargo is the most cost effective way to send your cargo.
SHIPPING
COST
Prices
we offer are F.O.B, Yogyakarta port. This price does not include
any fees, charges, or cost in Indonesia as well as ocean freight,
tax, or charge at destination.
PAYMENT
TERMS
All
purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Yogyakarta.
You may make a 50% deposit when placing an order and then pay the
balance prior to shipment.
We
would like Wire Transfer or Bank Draft sent to our company. Your
order will not be processed until our company has received the payment.
PACKING
Models
are packed individually in corrugated cardboard boxes. For models
larger the 40" we will use a wooden box for added safety.
PRODUCTION
CAPACITY
Our
current production capacity is more than 1000 pcs. a month. Capacity
varies on the type of model and the quantity ordered per model.
It is faster to make 50 pcs. of the same model than 1 pc. custom
model.
MATERIALS
Materials
used are:
Indonesian mahogany, teak wood, automotive lacquer paint, wood glue.
MINIMUM
ORDER
For
wholesale, minimum is 50 pcs. at 10 pcs. per model.
PRODUCTION
TIME
For
orders of 500 pcs. at 100 pcs. per model, lead time is 30 work days.
For smaller orders with more variety of models lead time is 45 to
60 work days.
For Custom orders lead time is 45 days.
Add transit time to above lead time.
