a2z Rewards is a very well-known sponsor. It has a large list of free offers and a good affiliate program of it's own. But their $10 gift certificate bonus is mere puffery - most of the certificates are for online shops that sell very expensive goods; thus you won't be able to get really free stuff for it.
There are two referral programs - one for members (10% for direct referrals) and one for webmasters: 50 c per each person, who registers through a special link and completes at least one offer in the first 7 days. Webmasters affiliate program is driven by Commission Junction; minimum checking amount is $25.
