There are a number of events held or supported by the Waterloo Kennel Club throughout the year. Below is a list of some of them. The high point of each year is the Annual AKC sanctioned All Breed Dog Show. Thousands of dogs come to compete in Comformation and Obedience classes. Mark your calanders for this and other events.

Tattoo and Microchip Clinics Clinics will be held Saturday, April 21 in conjunction with the Annual Dog Show at the National Cattle Congress grounds. Sandy Rollings will be Tattooing dogs. Cost is $15.00. The WKC will sponcer the Micro chip clinic. Cost is $20.00 per chip
Eye Certification Clinic Dr Dan Betts, Doctor of Ophthalmology will hold a Eye Certification Clinic on Saturday, April 21st at the National Cattle Congress grounds in conjunction with the WKC Annual Dog Show.
Comformation and Obedience classes Summer classes begin Tuesday, June 12th. Join us at Gateway park in Cedar Falls for these fun and helpful classes. Classes will run for 6 weeks on Tuesdays. There is a covered shelter at the park, so the opportunity to train outside and undercover is available. Cost is $40.00 for non-members and $20.00 for WKC members. Walk-ins on the 12th are welcome as long as spots are open or call 277-6194 to enroll by phone. Bring proof of vacination on opening night.
