Story: 7
Well...this game is pretty much a crossover of every mecha anime series, so the stories are all mixed up from each anime, but your main enemy is the original character Yuze who wants to destroy the corrupt world and start it new with justice. And when I mean by mecha anime series, I mean everything from the 60's to the recent 2000's. Yah, main stories isn't all that great, but at least the sub stories taken from the animes are nice.

Control: 10
Eh...seeing how this is a strategy games that requires you to just select commands, and move your mechas along the grid map, there's not much but just clicking yes or no, and moving the direction key.

Voice Acting, Sound Effects and Music: 10
The voices are just perfect seeing how they're all taken from the anime they come from. During enemy battles, you also get the option to see battle animations, which went through a lot of improvement since the older Super Robot Wars series. Unlike the older ones like Super Robot Wars F, the mechas now move instead of the lame projectiles flying around and you also get a short animation clips usually on the finishing moves. Musics are also from the series in midi format. The cut scenes are just great, and all of them are in full CG animation.

Gameplay: 10
If I'm correct, the game goes up to over 70 scenarios, and a few of them are two part scenarios. Basically you just select the units you want to use, move them around the map, and attack if you're within range. And always before the battle starts, you get the option to see the battle animation. When you're attacked, you have the option to either block, dodge, or retaliate. There's always a percentage rate on dodge or your own accuracy to help you make better decisions in battle. We also get magic which allow a special boost for a turn, or recover HP and such. Some pilots have special abilities like Dancougar's Beast effect which raises strength when your morale is at 140. Each pilot has their own level, weapon level, and kill count which gives a boost to the pilot if high enough. We also get the money and item along with the exp. points so that we upgrade our mecha and their weapons.

Replay Value: 10
Definitely!! This game is pretty long, and at that, some scenarios branch off so that you can choose different paths to take. There's also a point system based on how well you play which changes the game a little. Third, it's a goal to collect all the secret mechas and pilots, and complete your mecha and pilot encyclopedia.

Final Score: 94/100
