For best results, use a tripod focus on infinity use normal 200 speed film expose 1-10 minutes use a small aperture setting

The image will capture bright objects (lights) and dimly lit objects that are stationary throughout the exposure. Use a flash to highlight objects that would not appear.

Hopefully you can figure out a trick to keep the shutter open without holding it. We used the shutter lock switch (which normally prevents accidental pictures). Set the exposure time to 'B' Cover the lens Press the shutter and lock Uncover the lens (without moving the camera) Wait Cover the lens Unlock the shutter

Taking 3D pictures is easy. Just shoot one picture, then step one or more feet to the side and take the same picture. Seeing 3D pictures is the tricky part. I think it is a good deal easier than seeing those images hidden in the headache-causing dot posters. You have to cross your eyes, so the two images become superimposed. Getting this while retaining focus is a matter of practice.
