Marcel & Friends White River Rafting Trip
You are cordially invited to join Marcel & Friends to our annual Rafting trip on the Lehigh River (Pennsylvania) SATURDAY MAY 26th. 2001
In order to get warmer water and maximize our fun, the trip is schedule for the Saturday of the Memorial weekend - mid morning. This will allow us time to get there in the morning, raft the river and enjoy the B-B-Q.
Normally the trip cost is *$52.29 per adult. By having more than 20 rafters, the cost goes down to *$50.29
Since I ran last years trip with over 90 rafters, this year the cost goes down to *$47.00. On this weekend, all kids 16 and under pay only *$31.00 . We are also entitled to a free B-B-Q buffet that would normally costs $7.95. If you have a group of 6 or more people, you get a $10 discount off your
cost as a group leader. The top 4 group leaders will receive a free
Rafting T-shirt.
* All prices includes a 7% sales tax.

In order to confirm the above date (before it fills up), I need a $10.00 deposit (preferably the full amount) by March 26th. and the full payment is due 3 weeks before the trip.
The worst part in organizing this trip is chasing after procrastinators. Please, if you are interested, send in your payments ASAP.
