This is a group volunteers who have agreed at least once per month to do a research task in their local area as an act of kindness. Any costs to a volunteer (other then for their time and gasoline) would be reimbursed to the volunteer, by the person being helped, for his expenses in fulfilling their request (video tape, copy fees, etc.). It is not a FREE service.
