| Lodging: 5 Deluxe Riverview Cottage These large units feature vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, private patios and lawns along with barbecues, outdoor furniture and shade trees. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 guests. There is a full kithcen in every unit. Linens and towles are provided. Beds consist of two queen size and two twins. (two night minimum) Double occupancy: Mon-Thurs: 64.oo per night Fri-Sun: 84.oo per night Each additional person: 10.oo per night |

| Lodging: River House Rental A luxurious, spacious three bedroom, two bath vacation house fully furnished with a completely equipped kitchen that overlooks the West Walker River in a peaceful setting. A large manicured lawn and graceful poplar trees complement this fun, ranch house setting. Patio barbecuing, hiking, fly fishing, and sporting clay shooting are available. | Special Events: Hudson House This riverside clubhouse, " Hudson House", is available to groups for private gatherings such as weddings, company picnics, birthday parties and family reunions. A large manicured lawn area along the West Walker River with many large shady cottonwood trees surround this lovely spacious clubhouse. A full kitchen facility along with indoor and outdoor seating makes this a wonderful choice for any special day. Contact the office for more information and reservations. | Policies: -Check in / check out: Check in time 1pm and check out time is 11am -Reservation Policy: Cottage/RV reservations are made to best accomodate the size and needs of your party. A 50% deposit is required by either credit card at the time of reservation or within 7 business days by check. Once the 50% deposit has been secured, a confirmation letter is sent confirming your reservation. It is incumbent upon the guest to make any cancellations or changes in the appropriate time frame. Sorry, no single occupancy rates available for the cottages. Prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to a 6% Lyon County room and RV tax. -Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $20.00 service charge per cootage booked or a $10.00 service charge per RV site booked, if we are notified prior to (2) weeks in advance of any cancellation or change in reservation; 30 day notification required on all holiday/special events and group reservations. Shorter notice will result in the cottage/RV rate being charged for the entire visit, if not fully re-rented. This policy is a vital part of the successful management of a small resort. Refunds are made by check, if the depositwas made by check; or by credit if the deposit was made by credit card. Cancellation due to weather and/or road closures are not refundable. -Extra person Rates: Double occupancy rates are subject to a $10.00 increase per night for each additional person, up to (6) people. An extra person charge of $15.00 per night will be added for additional persons beyond the stated cottage size. -Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets are allowed in the cottage. A fine will be incurred by guests if their pets are found in or on the porch of any cottage. Pets are allowed in the RV sites of the Resort. Pets are not allowed on any of the lawn areas. Pet owners are required to clean up after their animals. -RV Sites: Sites may be reserved by Walker River Resort Members by telephone. No advance deposit required. General Public guests may reserve sites following the Reservation procedure described above. RV sites are subject to the cancellation policy above. Sites may be limited to "Member's usuage only" under certain circumstances, please check with the office. RV storage is available. |
