Texas Ranger Cordell Walker (Chuck Norris) one of the last old-fashioned heros of the west, is a protective friend but a relentless foe who will stop at nothing to bring a criminal to justice. Walker works on instinct, often drawing on the traditions of his native american ancestors, and teams up with his more modern crime-solving partner Trivette (Clarence Gilyard), to put away the bad guys. Alex Cahill (Sheree Wilson), the county assistant district attorney, who is now Walker's wife, supports Walker in his battle to serve justice, as do rangers Gage (Judson Mills) and Sydney Cooke (Nia Peeples).
