Finally, a band that ROCKS! Wahre Lügen is an awesome punk band from Düsseldorf who have been together since 1992. A band with strong political & social themes, they also have lighter moments with songs about invisible girlfriends, and fairies with bags of beer and gold :) Their music is melodic but a melodic PUNK!! Nobody sleeps through this band, they're just too great!

Wahre Lügen have one CD from 1996 entitled "Der Wahnsinn hat Methode", which is great & it appears that a new album is actually in the works now, some 8 yrs later ;) Stiil, if it has the same songs on it that are up at Besonic & on their site then it's sure to be a hit! This is definately a band w/ a very unique & excellent sound! I honestly can't wait for the new album, it's gonna be brilliant! :)
