The
Wagon Train is a business dedicated to preserving our heritage as well
as our history. We specialize in the preservation of our Texas
history by reenacting and implementing the very cuisine and mode of
transportation our fore fathers used to develop this country.
We provide a historic mule drawn chuck wagon catering service. Utilizing an authentic 1902 chuck wagon and a display of antiques to decor a cowboy camp. We are dedicated to providing our customers the opportunity to experience a once forgotten way of life. The wagon train is a multi-award winning business in chuck wagon cooking competitions and can accommodate groups of any size. We cater to western decor weddings, parties, quincencieras or gatherings of any occasion. We provide an atmosphere of relaxation, fun, and education, as well as a getaway from everyday life by allowing our customers to travel back and enjoy the old west. We participate in non-charitable fund raisers, plan and organize trail rides and community service events.
