| 3 lists need to be sent in: - Your PROTECTED list - Your EXEMPTION list - Your EXPOSED list Protected List: Your Protected list can contain a MAXIMUM of the following 11 forwards, 5 defensemen and 2 goalies OR 10 forwards, 6 defensmen, and 2 goalies OR 11 forwards, 6 defensemen and 1 goalie OR 12 forwards, 5 defensemen, and 1 goalie These players CAN NOT be drafted by an expansion team in this draft. Exemption List: This list contains any player 23 years of age or under that is exempt from being protected. These players also CAN NOT be drafted by an expansion team in this draft. Exposed List: (aka, the most important list) This list is the players that is not listed in either of the 2 previous lists and is available for draft. General Rules: - Both Pro AND Farm players have to be included in these lists. - No Team cant lose more than 3 players in the draft, and no more than 1 goalie - A Team can not trade his Expansion Picks. |
