I hold a General class ticket and here is a list of equipment I currently have set up in my shack and I use on a portable basis. I am using a Yeasu FT-2500M with a Comet CA-2x4SR antenna and a Comet CM-5M base. My backup antenna is a MFJ-1734 glass mount antenna. I also have a Alinco DJ-195 HT, and a Yeasu VX-150 HT. My shack consist of an Alinco DX-70TH using a MFJ 969 antenna tuner, a Kenwood TM-V5A 2m/70cm mobile dual band radio powered by a Kenwood power supply. I have a Sears Communication Receiver for general coverage. Recent additions to my shack are two scopes. One is a Heathkit HO-10 monitor scope and a Tektronix 453 oscilloscope. I have various dipole and j pole antennas for my base setup. You can usually find me on 20m and 40m in the evenings. One of my favorite modes is SSTV. I usually monitor 14.230 for SSTV mode. The software I use is mmsstv. I am also a member of "The Flying Pigs QRP Club" oink oink. My previous call sign was KG4MQL. 73's Bruce
