Anderson, Lt. Alders: Wraith's FBI contact.
Archangel, aka Daniel Stern: (Deceased) Former member of Team America - Korean War vet, crime fighter, "angel wings", slow aging. - Built like a Greek god, blond hair turning to grey, blue eyes. Big white wings sprouting out of his back. Mentored Team America 2, a new meta-crimefighting team backed by Francis Solomon. Killed at the Wrigley Field Massacre by Az'roth the demon, while defending the players and fans.
Az'roth the demon: First seen by Zeb Johnson in California 14 years ago, Az'roth has been slaughtering people in Chicago, apparently in an attempt to terrorize the city. Subject of a massive manhunt by the Chicago PD, PRIMUS and Team America.

Barnes, Cpl. Jessica: CPD SWAT team - Titan's girlfriend. Injured while rescuing children after the tornado in South Chicago, when a building collapsed on her. Subject of an experimental new healing drug. Titan was warned that the side effects may include mood swings. Instead, her emotions run a lot stronger than they used to, and when she gets angry, really angry, her body grows and her strength increases. (Picture of Jess when's she's angry)
Black Jihad: Terrorist organization with known ties to Seth. Member Vipress acquired plans for the Sagamon device, which could be used as a powerful explosive. Captured by TA2 while acquiring a critical component for that device at Solomon Industries.
Mr. Bones, aka Dexter Johnson: Friend and partner of Dr. Steve Goslin. Tranformed into a living green skeleton when he inadvertantly drank the metabolic booster drink that he and Goslin had been developing while under the influence of the zombie drug. Now works for El Muerte.

Cireau-Bergeret, Dr. Marie: 76 years old - Sister of Cyrus (Alex Cireau / Jacob Gerard) - Famous geneticist working out of St. Louis, Washington Medical University. - A petite woman, shoulder length salt and pepper hair. Matronly, with a sparkle in her eyes. Has a gusto for life, very spry. Abducted by black clad commandos from her home in suburban St. Louis.

DeSilva, Capt. Constance "Connie": Captain, Organized Crime Division of the Chicago Police Department. 38 years old, a model police captain. Tough, dependable, cares about her people. Has an intense dislike for the mafia. Livewire's aunt, she's also Titan's boss.
Drake, Judge Mary: See Liberty Belle
Dynamo, aka Jake Howard (deceased): Former member of the original Team America. Korean war vet, crime fighter. Died protecting a congressman at the opening of the Field Museum of Natural History's Paranomal exhibit. Recently revealed to have been Livewire's biological father...Angie was conceived during a brief romance between her mother and Dynamo following a rescue of her from a bank robbery that went bad.
El Muerte: A centuries old magician that is apparently responsible for the creation and importation of the zombie drug into Chicago. Reportedly has a base of operations in South America, which can be reached through a magical portal located in an allyway in Chicago. Mummified humans start appearing wherever El Muerte shows up. The mummification is apparently a result of thier life forces being drained from their bodies. Subject of several battles with Kartakas over the centuries.

Impion: former Kartakas mystic master of the Chicago area. He was becoming absent minded at the end of his term, seemed to be very distracted.

Jasper: Livewire's adopted 150 lb rotweiller. Found in the apartment of a deceased henchman of El Muerte.
Johnson, Zebediah "Zeb": Kartakas associate. - Runs an occult book store. - Mid-fourties - Usually has an unlit cigar in his mouth, and a Cubs hat on his head. A very rough looking individual, scars on his knuckles. Muscular, bald, big mustache. Former Marine, former Hells Angels biker gang member. Two of his gang were nearly sideswiped by a man in a Jaguar. They gave chase, started bashing the car with chains and pipes as they drove around it. The man pulled over, got out of car, and confronted the five gang members. He defended several blows, then changed into a demon, and killed Big Eddie, Raver, Skids, and Meat. This thing ate his buddies. Left him marked with scars, quoting Nitchze "He who stares into the Abyss…".
Johnson, Roy: An ernest yuppy sort working for Pyschout. Very polite, always wears an immaculate suit. Combination go-fer, secretary and assistant. - Non-descript, blends into the background. Medium height, medium build, brown hair, brown eyes. - A mental null. Super strong mental defenses prevent all but the most determined scans/attacks/etc.

Kartakas: A millennia-old secret society of magicians, dedicated to eternal vigilance against the evil uses of magic. Merlin is the leader of the organization, of which Cyrus is a member, and the societies representative in Chicago.

Liberty Belle, aka Judge Mary Drake: Former member of Team America - Judge, former DA for Chicago. - Tall, nearly 6'. Very fit, athletic, attractive. Appears to be in her mid-fifties. (She's 65). Silver hair, cut short. Secretly, she's a Chicago city Judge, former DA for Chicago. Handled Livewire's plea-bargain, assigned her 500 hours community service using her powers in support of the new Team America 2. Recently revealed her secret identity to the team.

Malloy, "Krispy": Cabbie, well connected - he's an information broker. Nicknamed from his habit of eating Krispy Kreme donuts. ("100,000 cops can be wrong, mon, ya know?") A large, overweight Jamaican, mid-thirties. Krispy drives everywhere, knows a lot of people. He's very easy going, and listens to what's going on around him.N

O'Donnell, Sally aka "Lady B": Owner, "Dark Desires Consignments", a Gothic clothing shop specializing in second hand threads. - Her boyfriend, Juan, killed by Inferno (Destroyers). - Juan had just asked her to marry him that morning. - Sally now has a lot of anger towards meta's. - Finds out that roommate Angelina is a meta, kicks her out onto the street.P
Preston, Benjamin: Father of Livewire. Out of work construction worker, drunk, wife beater, child abuser/molestor. Murdered Livewire's mother, Sarah. Sarah stabbed him repeatedly, he went to Witherspoon Correctional Facility near Detroit. Recently escaped with the assistance of a powerful mentalist.

Sagamon, Dr. Peter: Nuclear Physicist working for the Federal Weapons Research Facility in Joliet. He's currently working on a "quantum power tap" that will allow access to unlimited power from the underlying energy field of the universe -- the Sagamon Effect. So far, though, he's only been able to connect to a devastating amount of power for a brief second, causing an explosion the equivalent of 500megatons of TNT.
Slash: 16 year old leader of the Slashers, an all girl gang, generally comprised of abused and runaway young girls. Slash is all piss and vinegar, and is a hedge witch...she can cast small spells using blood magic. Red haired, petite, with a bull-dog attitude. She looks after her girls.
Stern, Daniel: See Archangel
Solomon, Francis: Industrialist, philanthropist, meta-human enthusiast. Solomon bought Ajax Chemicals in 1948, after returning home from WWII. Over the years he's made it into an technological and economic powerhouse, and it is now called Solomon Industries. In the 70's he created a super-efficient solar cell, now used to generate most of the power in the world. His company focuses on very high technology, and is very well respected. 74 years old.

Thompson, Dr. Thomas T.: Head of the University of Chicago Meteorology Department. Looks down his nose at so called "wackos" investigating/proposing weather control. Short, balding, pudgy man with watery blue eyes. Creator of a weather control device, now in the hands of an organization believed to be called "Janus".

Vipress: Metahuman, member of the Black Jihad. Blackmailed Dr. Humphries to turn over data and plans for a Sagamon Device. Committed suicide, along with comrades Python and Adder, with cyanide-filled tooth when captured by TA2.
