	Large, furnished room available for rent. House is on about 5 acres of woods in Leverett, which is 30 minutes from Northampton or Greenfield and 20 minutes from Amherst. The room is on the second floor of my house. Bathroom with shower is up there. The only time that bathroom would be shared is when I have a visitor staying in the guest room - a rare event. Kitchen and laundry privileges included. Turn on separate phone line going to available room (no cell phone tower near by). Two "living" rooms in house, one with TV and stereo. Rent is $350 per month. Garage space is available for an extra $50 per month used. Security deposit is $200. I have three, lovable cats who were trained by my previous tenant not to enter "her" room.
