Its all about the right to choose whether you wear a helmet or not. They also have some insurance issues etc. but the helmet law is their main focus right now as far as I could see. I agree with the right to choose, but I would wear my full face helmet even if the law didn't require a helmet at all.
I am not a member of the CBA but I saw an open invitation to meet with the Guilford chapter in Greensboro and ride to Asheboro to meet with a few other chapters, and continue on to the Raleigh fairgrounds with a police escort. I enjoyed the ride but, I don't think they will accomplish much unless they can get a lot more that 3 or 4 hundred bikes to show up at future events. Anyway, here are some pictures I took that day.
