Voice of the Child is an inter-professional organization whose members are involved with the education, welfare, and rights of children.

Sexual harassment is a well-known phenomenon among adults which also exists among young children and youth.

The most effective method in dealing with the phenomenon of sexual harassment is by legislation, and at the same time developing awareness and understanding of the phenomenon. Elementary schools and nursery schools must also recognize this phenomenon and develop an active and appropriate policy for the treatment of young children.

What guides the members of the association is the recognition of the fact that harassing behavior among young children is likely to increase over the years and become harassing and damaging among adults.
