THE BOTTOM LINE!
The United States Men's National Soccer Team played their first game in 1885, One Hundred Eighteen Years ago! Over the years, they have played 368 games. In the '90's, the team participated in 198 full international games, winning 73, tying 51, and losing 74. The last decade has seen the team score 251 goals (an average of 1.27 per game), and allow 225 goals. This means 2.40 goals are scored each game the U.S. men played. The top five attendance figures below are for USA Men's soccer games in the 90's. Somebody out there liked us (and our game)!
