Do the Math! Approximately 7,600 reports of child abuse occur each day and over 7,200 are eventually classified as false allegations. Since only 400 are confirmed as valid cases, why are over 3,000 children taken from their parents each day? That's over 1 million children taken from their home every year that have not been abused. Why are billions of taxpayer dollars and hundreds of thousands of man hours wasted investigating false allegations of abuse? Why are kicking, screaming children forcibly removed from loving, responsible parents and placed in foster care where they are ten times more likely to be physically and/or sexually abused? The threat to the health and welfare of families is real, it is epidemic, and must be dealt with through effective family rights legislation.
Something must be done to protect innocent parents from injustice coming from false accusations.
Over the past two decades, literally millions of innocent families have become victims of the "system proffesionals" who have the power and authority to emotionally and financially crush anyone who tries to defend themselves from a false allegation of child abuse. Most people don't believe that employees of child protective agencies could use "Gestapo like" tactics and powers to persecute and prosecute innocent American citizens.
