Hello, and welcome all of you! Thank you for taking the time to visit my website!
Those of you who have just arrived no doubt are wondering two things: why I did name my website Cygnus-hime's Collage Book instead of, say, Vanessa's Site O'Stuff, and what will you find here? Well, I decided to name my website what I did because Cygnus is Greek for "swan," my favorite animal (which is also associated with Apollo, the Greco-Roman god of meditation, philosophy, and the arts, among other things) and hime is Japanese for "princess." (For years I've been interested in princesses, in particular ones who are also mages, explorers, warriors, etc.) As for the "Collage Book" part, ever since I was in middle school, I've loved making collages, in particular decoupage. And there you have it--the entonymology of this humble website's name.
But will I find here, you ask? Here's what you will find here here, now or in the not-too-distant future (just give me a little while to put everything up--I'm new at the fine art of website-building):
