COLOURS OF LIFE
Colours of Life are not always bright,
There are shades of  grey both dark and light,
Who can fathom what each stroke means,
Until and unless the whole canvas is seen.
Paint on me, O Lord, as you please
Make me Lord your Masterpiece.

khamoshi (silence in Hindi)
Khamoshi Cha gayi hai yahan,
Rone ko chahe dil par asu kahan,
Khushiyon ka ye jahan ab bangaya hai veerana,
Rone ko chahe dil par asu kahan.

Yaadein purani aathi hai,
Le jathin hai mujhe woh galian,
Par aate aate muskurahat choot jathi hai,
Jaise Murjhayein khilti kalian,
Khamoshi Cha gayi hai yahan.
BEEing Free
(A short story)
Sun shines bright. In the bright sunshine there is a silhouette of a circus bee. The camera pulls back, follows the bee as she enters the window. As the bee hovers it is covered by a by a glass. Trapped in the glass the bee struggles to be free but each time she tries she hits the glass. Again and again she hits the roof of the glass. But she keeps flying back. The human hand removes the glass after some time. The Bee with her eyes closed still flies the same distance and falls as if she hits the glass. Finally she gets exhausted of flying, she opens her eyes. She sees other bees are doing the same except that there is no glass entrapping them. She flies the same distant and tries to feel the glass. She cannot feel the glass. She realises she is free. She flies in to freedom. While others still continue to be bound.
