Bio

Mrs. Flemming born in Bronx, NY on May 1968, married Mr. Ancel Flemming in 2001.  Doreen earned her high school Diploma from Evander Childs HS.  Subsequent to her HS graduation, she attended Lehman College for a few semesters and was first introduced in-depth to financial computer applications, economics and business administration.  Lehman College helped Doreen place a focus as to what she really wanted to achieve in life; secure a high level position and/or start her own business.

Doreen began working to help pay for her education.  She held various titles, from Jr. Bookkeeper, Head Bookkeeper, Data Entry Specialist, Staff Accountant, Multiple Accounts Customer Representative, Sr. VP Assistant, Office Manager to Executive Assistant (“C” Level).  She attended and graduated from Monroe College, where she obtained a degree in Accounting with honors.

When the company Doreen worked at for over 10 years downsized and closed several divisions and departments; she decided to start her own gift provider business, Occasionally Yurz. By partnering with selected companies to reach a larger audience, Mrs. Flemming and her partner expanded their gift line from just Easter baskets to all occasions, worldwide.

In addition to the work needed to run a gift business, Doreen explored the growing industry of Virtual Assistants.  Thanks to her knowledge over the years of actual hands on experience, this was an easy transition. The culminations of her experience lead to her beginning a second business, Virtually Yurz.  Doreen joined the NSMH (National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, Autumn 2006 and is a current member today.

Mrs. Flemming continues to expand her businesses and those who she encounters.  She is a team player who can work independently.  She has strong work ethics, the utmost respect for confidential material.  Incorporating all of her experiences, knowledge and personal opinions in each venture; she will go far and beyond the call of normal duties to get the job done efficiently and accurately.  She is indeed a great asset.
