Manga Review & Image Gallery

Hello and welcome to my EVA Manga Site!!! ok, so you're probably thinking what the hell is so unique about this site from rest of the EVA sites in the Web? Well, for starters this one only focuses on the manga, not the animé series. I thought "how come no one has ever made a site out of it??? It's truly one of the best manga releases ever!?!" Now don't get me wrong... the manga is quite "different" from the animé. How different? I guess by now we all know that the TV series was based on Hideaki Anno's visions (along w/ other Gainax bigwigs) which contains his own emotions of confusion, pain and bewilderment. I think this is the reasons why I love it so much - it mirrors all my doubts towards life, people and the reality the surrounds all of us. Let's just say that watching the series is one of the best therapies i've ever experienced in my entire life!!!

Now with the manga, the one whose guiding the readers is Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (w/c is also EVA's character designer for the animé series).This is actually his 1st shot at doing mangas so expect alot of bumps along the way. In general, i think what's unique about his work on this project is the storyline which in one way is different from that of Anno's work. It tries to focus more on character development as well as a more detailed storyline rather than the conspiracy and depression that the animé series became famous for. But hey, don't expect the manga to be a "sissy" type version... it has a lot more drama, comedy and mystery than ever before. For all you EVA fans who still can't get enough of them, then check out the manga and be totally blown away!!!
