This pop-up camper trailer was hand-built in 1947 and was the very first of its kind. It's design can be compared to the "Apache" trailer's, that did not yet exist. This is a collector's / restorer's dream. It is clean and usable needing only minor repair / replacement.
It is very lightweight and can be moved by hand. It is also aerodynamically shaped for travel. It "pops up" with an easy twist of the crank located in the front. Inside there are 2 beds that fold out. They can be left up for sitting on the benches / storage area. The table folds down to allow more area inside. There is a specialized space for a cooler to have inside and outside access. The front also has a built in cloths hanger, and folds up with a screen for protection outside elements.
