| This version is now hopelessly outdated, in case you're interested. Now it's much better!--unfortunately you can't read the better version, because it's on my hard-drive... Quick Summary: This is the story of a young man who knows exactly what he wants out of life: to restore world-order by destroying a race of genetically enhanced beings who call themselves "Devas." Unfortunately for him, besides a few fellow Deva-haters, the rest of the world--including an alarming number of his fellow humans--seem to be against this goal. There is, however, a good reason for that. And the reason is that Devas are a peaceful, loving people with no desire to hurt anyone or anything. Yeah, that's right. Alister's the bad guy of the story. And frankly, he doesn't care if you read about him or not, because he's going to keep doing what he's doing, no matter who thinks it's wrong. And so many do. ...How on earth will he deal with them all? (I, on the other hand, care deeply if you read about Alister. Please do. I can't promise that he'll personally thank you for it, but I will, if you email me with comments and criticism.) What's that you say? You do wanna hear Alister's story?
