Viktor:
"Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Don't be so gloomy, Riou, Jowy."
Nanami:
"Hey! Old man! Get us out of here!!! Hury! Hurry!!"
Flik:
"You know who they are. Let them out."
State Soldier:
"Yes, sir. Just a minute...."
The soldier leaves.
Viktor:
"Ha ha ha ha, So you guys are okay. I was getting worried."
Jowy:
"We've took a little detour, but we're fine."
Flik:
"Hmmmm... Somehow you all look a little older, tougher."
Viktor:
"Well, why don't you go to Leona's new tavern? Everyone's there. It's right near the... oh well, just walk around, you'll find it. Oh, Riou and Jowy, meet me in the city hall later. There's somebody I want to introduce you to."
Jowy:
"Me and Riou?"
Nanami:

City Hall:
Viktor meets you at the top of the stairs.
Viktor:

Jowy:
"Who are we going to meet?"
Viktor:

Guard:

Enter the meeting room. Anabelle is behind a large desk. She is talking to a man standing in front of the desk. Jess stands at the side. (How come Mayor Anabelle looks so much like a pirate?)
Anabelle:
"Tell them to hurry and decide. Tinto people are always the same. As a messenger, we'll send..... Fitcher. He won't fail us."
The official she is talking to sweattles.
Official:
"Y...yes. Immediately. As usual Lady Anabelle, your judgment is beyond reproach...."
Anabelle:
"I don't need your brown-nosing. Leave now. I've no time for people whose mouths are faster than their feet."
Official:
"Y, yes!"
He leaves.

She gets up and approaches them.

Leaving city hall, you see Tuta. He'll talk to you and then take you to Dr. Huan's.
Huan:
"Riou. I heard all about it. It must have been terrible."
"Tuta, listen to me. There's going to be another big war. I'm sorry to get you involved, but we'll need a doctor."
Tuta:
"Yes, Dr. Huan."
Huan:
"Tuta, go to Viktor's place and help out."
Tuta sweattles.
Tuta:
"Huh, but I'm not yet......."
Huan:
"It's all right. You just need a little more experience. Good luck."
Tuta:
"Yes, Dr. Huan."
Huan:
