Loren at one month. He doesn't look too happy about it all .......
A Basket Quilt I Made,  It is unfinished in this picture.  It ended up huge.  It would reach the floor on both sides of a queen size bed.  It was a lot of fun to make.
I made and hand quilted this little quilt for my sister Pam.
This was an old top belonging to a friend. She and her mother had made this in the 20s. The fabric was hand dyed flour sacks. I did the hand quilting for her.  She also told me, she and her sisters would always fight over the flour sacks, that was what they made their underwear out of.
A friend of mine, Naomi made this quilt.
She saw a picture of it and was able to draw it Pieced and quilted by hand..  I was amazed,
Using up scraps, I gave some of these away for High School Graduation
This had a fat batt and was hand tied.
The turkey liked it.
Using up green scraps

UNFINISHED
I made the babies quilts, without realizing I was making the older brother feel left out.  So I had to do something in a hurry.  I made these blocks years ago and never did anything with them.  They came in handy and ended up fitting his bed perfectly
LEFTOVER BLOCKS FROM YVONNES QUILT, ENOUGH LEFT TO MAKE A SMALL QUILT.
