Introduction
I have been associated with the IT Industry for the last 20 years. I have worked with the leading IT companies in India and USA namely IBM, Sun Microsystems Inc, SGI, Tivoli Systems, and Wipro Infotech in various capacities and across geographies viz. India, USA, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Currently at IBM, I have been working in the capacity of Account Manager / Program Manager with the Global Delivery programs and projects. I have attained proficiency at Management of IT offshore software delivery IT engagements. I have the laurel of achieving highest customer satisfaction ratings and rapid business growth for the enterprise. I have a track record of leading IT projects across several domains.
During my career, I have achieved exceptional success in managing
IT projects dealing with Computer Software, Hardware and Networking
projects from Business-Case formation thru Designing to Documentation
and Training. I have led 200+ teams of Software professionals, Quality
Control and Assurance professionals and documentation experts to
accomplish projects of software development, systems management,
networking, performance monitoring and benchmarking.
I have extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management as well as vendor mangement. I worked in the Technical Support teams of Silicon Graphics Inc and Wipro Infotech Ltd in the capacity of Customer Support Manager. I have won several Awards for excellence both in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support.
