Our clogging group has been around since 1986, originally being sponsored by The Heber Springs Arts Council. Trying to introduce a small community to an old traditional form of dance, Nona (Hastings) Tigues, a great instructor of tradition clogging, got us on our feet. From that time on we've been clogging up a storm. Over the last 13 years we've clogged at various events throughout the state of Arkansas and have lots of fun doing it. A few of the more well known being: the KATV Health Expo,Zoo Days, Easter Seals, Wildwood Children's Festival with Sesame Street's Bob McGraff & Mt. View's Ozark Folk Center.

The music we clog to isn't just fiddle. We've reached out into Country, Pop, Rock, Rap, Bluegrass, Gospel - If it has a beat we can clog to it. We dance choreographed line precision & show routines to selected music.

Last year, our teens won two trophies, one for the county, and one for district district, to go on and compete at the state fair.

If you were to ask us what we think about Clogging, we'd have to say, "CLOGGING!! We like it, we love it, we want some more of it!!!."
